Who we are

Operix Technology & Software Solutions is a software company based at Panorama Tower, 2nd floor, Shben Elkom St, Ismailia, Egypt. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we use it, in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

What we collect

  • If you contact us: your name, email, phone number and whatever you write in the message.
  • If you place an order: your name, email and phone number, and the details of what you ordered.
  • If you are a client: the contact and business details we need to run the project and invoice you.
  • Everyone who visits: IP address, browser and device details, used to keep the site secure and to understand which pages are used.

How we use it

  • To answer your message or quote for your project.
  • To process and deliver what you ordered.
  • To run projects we are working on with you and to invoice for them.
  • To keep the site secure and improve it.
  • To meet record-keeping and tax obligations in Egypt.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who we share it with

Service providers we rely on to run the business — hosting, email delivery and analytics — bound by contract to use the data only for us; our payment provider, where you pay for something; professional advisers such as our accountant; and authorities where the law requires it.

Payments

Where you pay for a course or a service, the payment itself is handled by a licensed payment provider on their own secure pages. We do not receive or store card numbers, PINs or CVV codes at any point.

Operix will never ask for your full card number, PIN, banking password or an OTP code by phone, email or WhatsApp. If someone does, it is not us.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep the site working, and basic analytics cookies to see which pages are used. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for following up. Order and client records are kept for the period required by Egyptian tax and commercial law. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct anything that is wrong, ask us to delete data we no longer need, or withdraw consent for marketing. Email Contact@operixtech.com and we will respond within the period set by law. Some records cannot be deleted while we are legally required to keep them.

Changes

We update this policy when the business or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
